Coaching Services Agreement


Coaching Services

The Management Minute (“Coach”) agrees to provide professional coaching services to the Client. Coaching services may include leadership coaching, executive coaching, career coaching, personal development coaching, assessments, accountability support, and related coaching activities.

Coaching is designed to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.

Packages, Session Length, and Fees

The Client and Coach will agree in writing on the package selected below. Fees for the selected package are set out in the table and confirmed on the signature page.

Monthly 1:1 (one 45-minute video session per month, session recap, action steps, email support between sessions). 3 month minimum. $250 / month
Text-Based Coaching (LinkedIn profile review, resume review, async check-ins via Coach.me). $450 / month
Intensive (LinkedIn profile review, resume review, one 45-minute call per month, async check-ins via Coach.me). $600 / month
Single Strategy Session (one 45-minute video session, no monthly commitment). $350 / session

Package selected: as indicated by the Client in the signature form below.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees paid are non-refundable.

The Management Minute reserves the right to modify coaching rates with reasonable advance notice.

Weekend Sessions

Weekend coaching appointments (Saturday or Sunday) may be available on a limited basis and are subject to an additional fee. Any applicable weekend fee will be communicated and agreed upon prior to scheduling.

Assessments

As part of the coaching process, the Client may be invited to complete assessments, including but not limited to personality, leadership, resilience, strengths, behavioral, or other developmental assessments.

Assessment results are intended solely for personal and professional development purposes and should not be construed as medical, psychological, legal, or employment advice.

The Client acknowledges that participation in assessments is voluntary unless otherwise specified as part of a coaching engagement.

Cancellation and Missed Session Policy

The Client may cancel or reschedule a coaching session without penalty by providing at least twelve (12) hours’ notice before the scheduled session.

If the Client cancels with less than twelve (12) hours’ notice, fails to attend a scheduled session, or arrives more than fifteen (15) minutes late, the Client will be charged a $100 Cancellation/Missed Session Fee.

The Management Minute reserves the right to waive this fee in the event of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.

Client Responsibility

The Client acknowledges that all decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching services remain solely the responsibility of the Client.

The Client understands that coaching is a collaborative process and that meaningful results depend upon the Client’s commitment, participation, and implementation of agreed-upon actions.

The Client is solely responsible for determining whether any feedback, suggestions, recommendations, or strategies discussed during coaching sessions are appropriate for their circumstances.

Confidentiality

The Management Minute believes that a trusting coaching relationship is essential for meaningful growth and development.

All conversations, discussions, assessment results, personal information, business information, and materials shared between Coach and Client during the coaching relationship will be treated as confidential.

Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party except:

  • As required by law;
  • When disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to the Client or others; or
  • When the Client provides written consent.

The Client also agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary coaching materials, assessments, methodologies, frameworks, or resources provided by The Management Minute.

No Guarantees

The Client understands and agrees that coaching outcomes vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and implementation.

The Management Minute makes no guarantees regarding promotions, career advancement, business outcomes, leadership success, financial results, personal achievements, or any other specific outcome.

Term and Termination

This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice.

Termination does not relieve the Client of responsibility for any outstanding fees incurred before termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Management Minute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from coaching services.

The Management Minute’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for coaching services during the six (6) months preceding any claim.

Independent Contractor

The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractor and client. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, and agreements related to coaching services.

Any modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Electronic Acceptance

This Agreement may be accepted electronically. By checking the “I agree” box and submitting the form below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement, with the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

The Client’s typed name, the date of submission, and the originating IP address recorded at the time of submission shall serve as the Client’s electronic signature and the official record of acceptance.


Acceptance

By electronically signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
